NRNA trustee Shah joins NC

KATHMANDU, NOV 06 - Former Vice President and incumbent trustee of Non-Resident Nepali Association ( NRNA ), Rameshwor Shah , has joined the Nepali Congress (NC).

In a statement on Wednesday, Shah informed about his decision to join the party saying that he was associated with the NC aligned student wing Nepal Students Union during his student life. Shah has been actively working for NRNA since its inception. He had already served as treasurer and vice president of NRNA 's International Coordination Council.

He is currently doing his businesses from Nepal.

"NC has proven itself to be the single most party capable of giving a way out to the nation. It has become clear that no other party except for NC can give an outlet to the crisis facing the nation," said Shah in the statement.

"I am confident that the Congress has the policy and leadership required to link Nepali Diaspora for the development of the country," he said.
