UCPN (M) district member abducted from Jajarkot

JAJARKOT, NOV 09 - UCPN (Maoist) Jajarkot district committee member Lile Rana has been abducted from his home yesterday night by a gang of unidentified men.

A dozen of unidentified men abducted Rana from his home at around midnight yesterday, informed UCPN (M) district secretary Lal Bahadur Nepali. 

Rana was asked to come out of his home and was subsequently whisked away by the group of unidentified men. 

Leader Nepali has accused the cadres of CPN-Maoist of abduction.

It has been learnt that Rana earlier faced psychological and physical torture from Baidya men for joining the UCPN (M).

DSP Chakra Bahadur Singh said that they have intensified search operation to find out the whereabouts of missing Rana.
