Thousands of people have turned out to help a five-year-old boy recovering from leukaemia to become a superhero for a day.

Miles Scott participated in Batman themed events across the San Francisco thanks to the Make a Wish Foundation.

His dad Nick Scott, praised the charity and everyone else who took part.
