Gagan Thapa leading with huge margin

KATHMANDU, NOV 20 - Nepali Congress candidate Gagan Thapa is leading in Kathmandu constituency-4 with high margin in the ongoing vote counting of the Constituent Assembly election. 

Thapa has garnered 1106 votes to Nirmal Kuikel of UML with 283 votes and Nanda Kisore Pun with 206 votes till now.
