Speaking briefly to journalists at Bharatpur Airport on his way to take part in election campaign at his constituency in Chitwan-4, Koirala urged not to doubt the conduction of CA election on November 19. "All the top leaders are busy campaigning for polls. It won't be deferred," he said.
