Cast votes freely: Uprety 

KATHMANDU, NOV 18 - Chief Election Commissioner Neel Kantha Uprety has urged all the voters to cast votes in the Constituent Assembly (CA) elections to be held on Tuesday. Organising a press conference in the Election Commission on Monday, Uprety expressed his confidence that the election will be conducted freely and in fair environment tomorrow. On the occasion, he urged all to make the CA election successful from all the sectors. "Cast votes for the favorite candidates freely in the CA elections from 7 tomorrow morning till 5 in the evening in the poll booths," Uprety said. Also on the occasion, he informed that all the preparations for the election was completed and condemned the violent activities conducted in the name of boycotting the election. He said national and international observers have been deployed for election and that the EC officials have also been deployed nationwide for the same. Stating that the EC would take action against those who breached election code of conduct, he urged all the parties to abide by the code of conduct till the silence hour and result declaration period.
