KATHMANDU, NOV 16 - The Trekking Agent Association of Nepal ( TAAN ) has said that it would operate buses for foreigntourists on November 19, the day for Constituent Assembly election, considering the ongoing transportation strike.
Three buses would operate from the major hotels to the Airport and vice versa throughout the day, by coordinating with Nepal Tourism Board and taking permission from the Election Commission and Chief District Officers, said TAAN today.
The first bus will take a route from Airport to New Road, Annapurna Hotel, Yak and Yeti, Thamel, and Hotel Ambassador and finally return the Airport through the same route.
Similarly, the second one will go to Gaushala, Durbar Marg, Hotel Radisson, Maharajgunj and Hyatt Regency from Airport and then return the same place via the same route.
Likewise, the third bus will go to the Everest Hotel, Maitighar, Himalaya Hotel, Jawalakhel, and Soaltee Hotel from the Airport.
