Baidya ready for voluntary arrest

KATHMANDU, NOV 13 - CPN-Maoist Chairman Mohan Baidyahas said that he is ready to offer himself for voluntary arrest if the government is making preparations to detain him as rumoured outside. 

Speaking at Reporters Club in the Capital on Wednesday, Chairman Baidya denied his party's involvement in the widespread of incidents of bombings in various places across the country.

He claimed that it was obvious for the agitating cadres and people to resort to arson. He held the government and the major political parties responsible for inviting such situation.
