A man from Nawalparasi helped a dozen people acquire citizenship certificate illiegally by presenting them as his sons, it has been revealed. Sarafuddin Musalman helped 12 people, including some Indian nationals, acquire Nepali citizenship by faking them as his sons, RSS reported.
