Lightning claims 4 in Parsa
PARSA, JUN 17 -
Lightning triggered by rainfall claimed four people in Parsa on Monday morning.
Lightning struck them at around 7 this morning.
The deceased have been identified as Ram Babu Sah, Manif Miya, Gaya Mukhiya and Sambhu Patel. Lightning struk them while they were taking shelter along the roadside due to heavy rainfall. One Durga Sah Kanu has been injured in the incident.
Among the deceased, Sah and Miya died on the spot whereas Mukhiya and Patel breathed their last while undergoing treatment at the nearby hospital.
