KATHMANDU, DEC 30 - Park Young Seok Exploration and Culture Foundation of Republic of Korea has awarded journalist Arun Ranjit for his tireless contribution in promoting and strengthening Nepal-Korea relationships.
A promotional award certificate and cash prize was handed over by Director of the Foundation Kyoung Hee Hwong, on behalf of the institution’s President, amidst a special function. Journalist Ranjit is an executive editor of The Rising Nepal, an English daily.
Since long time, he has been devoting his precious time in strengthening the bilateral relationships between Nepal and Republic of Korea .
Decorated with various medals and honours, Ranjit is also the recipient of various prizes awarded by different organizations, home and abroad.
Recently, he was also awarded a Certificate of Honour by the Finnish Travel Newspaper and Office of the Honorary Representative of Nepal Tourism Board in Finland.
