Prez, Chairman, top leaders extend Tihar greetings

KATHMANDU, NOV 05 -

President Ram Baran Yadav has extended best wishes for the happiness, peace and prosperity of all the Nepalis on the occasion of the great festival of Tihar .

President Yadav has said that this festival bring light in the midst of darkness, bring economic prosperity and fraternity and social goodwill and national unity, and thereby inspire all of us to achieve peace, stability and progress. Yadav has also expressed his belief that everyone would be aware in the upcoming November 19 Constituent Assembly election and contribute for the sake of nation and nationality.

Likewise, Chairman of the Interim Election Government Khil Raj Regmi also extended best wishes and said that the festival would inspire everyone to draft the constitution.

Similarly, UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal, Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala, Vice President Ram Chandra Poudel, CPN-UML Chairman Jhala Nath Khanal, senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, among other leaders, have also extended best wishes for the happiness, peace and prosperity of the Nepalis on the occasion of Tihar .
